中文摘要: 与传统有粘结剂分子筛相比,无粘结剂A型分子筛具有吸附容量高、吸/脱附速率快、择形选择性好、结焦倾向低等优点。本研究以SiO2醇凝胶为胚体,在聚丙烯酰胺的调控作用下,原位合成A型分子筛,揭示醇凝胶胚体上A型晶体的生成和转化行为,实现PAM对A型分子筛晶化过程的精确调控并阐明调控机制,掌握A型分子筛晶化历程、晶体尺寸分布、孔分布以及表面性质等对分子筛吸/脱附平衡行为、吸/脱附动力学特性、择形选择性以及分子筛上焦炭的沉积和失活特性的影响规律,精确调控下合成晶体纯度高、晶体尺寸分布范围窄、吸附性能优越的A型分子筛。本研究可解决目前A型分子筛原位合成技术存在的难题和不足,为无粘结剂分子筛吸附材料的开发提供新的思路和方法,拓展分子筛晶化行为及吸附性能调控研究的基础理论知识,为建立绿色高效的分子筛原位合成方法提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Binderless zeolite A shows higher adsorption capacity, higher adsorption/desorption rates, good shape selectivity, and lower coking trend as compared to zeolite with binder. This study is focused on in-situ synthesis of zeolite A on SiO2 alcohol gel body with regulation of polyacrylamide(PAM). During this program, the formation and transformation of crystal type A will be investigated. The crystallization of zeolite A will be regulated using PAM and the mechanism will also be explained. Influences of crystallization process, crystal-size distribution, pore-size distribution, and surface properties on adsorption/desorption equilibrium, adsorption/desorption kinetics, shape selectivity, and coking trend will be studied and discussed. Zeolite A with high crystallinity, narrow crystal-size distribution, as well as excellent adsorption performance can be obtained under the accurate regulation of PAM. Some difficult and crucial problems during is-situ synthesis of zeolite A can be solved. A novel strategy and method for the development of binderless zeolites will be established. Moreover, the basic theory on regulation of crystallization and adsorption performance can be broadened. All the study results will provide necessary science basis for establishing the green and effective in-situ synthesis method.
