中文摘要: 机械噪声超标是破坏潜艇常用低速工况隐身性的主要原因。在正向测试难以适用时,互易方法可作为查找和分析潜艇机械噪声源的有力工具,潜在价值十分巨大。但实际测量中,当应用互易测试所要求的前提条件不能完全满足时,测量结果准确度会存在较大的不确定性,这成为了制约其推广应用的瓶颈问题。 本项目通过深入分析潜艇机械噪声测试这一物理图像,忽略"静止场条件不满足"这一传统观念上的主要误差源,而抓住"敷瓦艇体非完备边界条件"和"桨轴系统陀螺效应"两类因素作为主要矛盾开展误差形成机理研究,分别建立起敷瓦艇体和桨轴系统动力学行为与互易原理方程间的关联作用模型,为揭示两类误差源和试验结果间的关系提供了直接依据。同时,分别从理论和算法层次上开展误差修正模型和数据修正方法研究,以期提高互易测试结果的准确性。研究成果在理论上是对线性系统互易原理体系的重要拓展,取得突破后即可用于指导潜艇降噪措施的实施,工程应用价值重大。

英文摘要: Machinery noise is the most important vulnerability for submarines under silent running condition. And the reciprocal method will be of great value for machinery noise source identification when direct methods fail to implement, such as measurement of vibration force and transfer function of large onboard equipment, e.g., turbine-generator, propulsion motor, etc. But when the hypothesis of reciprocity theorem cannot be fulfilled completely in real-sea test, unfortunately there will be inevitable negative effects on the accuracy and validity of the test result, which is the main obstacle in application of such kind of promising method. In this proposal, different from the generally recognized opinion, we will not take the violation of hypothesis of steady quiescent ocean media as primary error source, but concentrate on the influence of the (1). nonideal boundary condition of submarine hull with anechoic tiled and (2). gyroscopic effect of propeller/shafting system. By modeling the interaction mechanism between the kinetics behavior the two above factors and reciprocity theory formula respectively, we intend to reveal the relation of error sources and the test results.
