中文摘要: 空间定位精度是计算机辅助骨科手术(CAOS)系统最重要的指标,术中透视图像作为系统最重要的源头输入数据,其质量优劣对于系统精度有显著的影响,但该问题并未得到足够的重视,图像质量对CAOS系统精度影响的规律及机理还有待研究。本项目立足已有的骨科手术机器人和手术导航系统平台,通过实验研究探索空间定位精度与典型图像质量参数之间的敏感程度,以及不同图像质量参数对系统精度的定量影响规律;利用蒙特卡洛方法研究不同定位方法下由透视图像质量问题引入的图像误差的传递规律,从而揭示图像质量对系统空间定位精度的影响机理。本研究将为CAOS系统精度和误差的理论研究增添新的内容和方向,也为CAOS系统中图像处理和空间定位方法的研究提供理论依据,对于提高CAOS系统精度有重要意义。本项目的研究成果还有助于建立在保障手术精度的前提下合理的术中透视图像质量标准,对于微创技术的普及和CAOS系统的发展有重要意义。

英文摘要: Spatial positioning accuracy is the most important performance index of computer assisted orthopedic surgery (CAOS) system. The qualities of intraoperative images, which are the most important source data, have significant influence on the accuracy of CAOS system. But this issue hasn't been paid sufficient attention. The discipline and mechanism of the influence of intraoperative images' qualities on the accuracy of CAOS system still remain to be studied. The accuracy sensitivity of typical image quality parameters, such as resolution, distortion rate, signal-to-noise ratio and contrast, will be studied, based on the platform of surgical robot and navigation. The discipline of the influence of different image quality parameters on the accuracy will be concluded. Then the error propagation rule of image error in different spatial positioning method will be studied by Monte Carlo method to reveal the mechanism of the influence of image quality on the spatial positioning accuracy. This research will add new method and perspective to the theoretical research of CAOS system's accuracy, as well as provide theoretical basis for the research on image processing and spatial position method in CAOS system.
